At George Johnson photography we provide a beautiful blend of contemporary, reportage and classic wedding photography. Working in a spontaneous and unobtrusive manner. Capturing the atmosphere and essence of the occasion.
We offer a full pre-wedding consultation meeting to discuss your requirements and show you a selection of our portfolio to get a sense of your preferred style. We take the time to discuss the details of your wedding and understand your expectations for the day.
As the big day gets closer, we will arrange another meeting with you to confirm the details of the day. In addition, we recommend a visit to your wedding venue to discuss ideas with you.
Whether its a small registry office, civil ceremony or full church wedding, we are committed to offering a unique and very personal service.

On the day...

The coverage of your wedding day usually starts with the bridal preparations. We then move on to the ceremony and capture the anticipation and excitement of the groom, groomsmen and the guests waiting for the bride to arrive.
Working in accordance with the celebrants wishes we will capture all the intimacy and joy of the ceremony itself.
After the ceremony we will take shots of family and friends. These are done in a fun and relaxed way and often taking no longer than 15-20 mins.
Then its a quiet moment with just the wedding couple at a location of your choice, creating amazing and memorable portraits showing you at your very best.

If of course you wish us to remain available for longer, we can do so at an additional agreed fee.

The 'Bronte' Collection

The first of our collections offers you between 150-200 photos in colour, sepia or classic black & white taken on the day and presented in a preview book from which 60 of the very best will be selected by you and printed in a stunning hand crafted 12x12 thirty page designer coffee table Billisimo Storybook creating the story of your magical day.

Bellissimo storybook wedding albums are exclusively designed by us and unique to each couple. They come with a varity of covers and can be personalized with any image of your choice.
With stunning layouts and beautiful yet subtle effects, each album can contain up to 80 individual photographs in various sizes over 8o sides ( 40 double page spreads ) and can be personalised with quotes and readings from the day.
Every image is printed directly on to the page using traditional silver process, giving you complete confidence in the albums durability, producing an album of memories that will look good for a lifetime.

If you would like us to remain available for longer capturing all the poignant moments from the wedding speeches, cutting of the cake and the first dance, then an additional fee of £200.00 is required.

If you would like us to remain available for longer capturing all the poignant moments from the speeches, cutting of the cake and the first dance then an additional fee of £200.00 is required.

The third of our collections offers you our full availability from the bridal preparations to the first dance.

With this collection we also include 100 personalised thankyou cards.

All of our collections come with a DVD Slideshow and a personal gallery on our website for you, family and guests to view.

Terms of business

A non-refundable booking fee of £200 is required, this will secure our photography services for your wedding day, with the remaining balance paid 4 weeks prior to the wedding.
